Noord-Holland once again

The page about Alkmaar has some old pictures replaced and some new ones added, including a few of churches in several villages in the eponymous municipality.

De pagina over Alkmaar is uitgebreid en bevat nu ook een aantal kerken uit enkele dorpen in de gelijknamige gemeente.   

Architect added

A new page was added, about protestant architect E.J. Rothuizen. 

Friesland again

 


It's back to the province of Friesland with a page about its southernmost municipality Weststellingwerf. Actually its contents are restricted to its major village Wolvega but as I hope to visit that part of the country again next year I chose to already use the name of the municipality. 

That page comes with seperate pages about the two biggest churches in Wolvega, the reformed church and the catholic St. Franciscus. 

In het Nederlands: de sectie Friesland is uitgebreid met een pagina over de gemeente Weststellingerwerf, met echter vooralsnog alleen kerken in Wolvega.

Two pages about architects were updated today. The one about H.P.J. de Vries has pictures of two objects added as well as one picture replaced. The page about J.G.A. van Dongen has two new pictures and improved text.
