New Zuid-Holland pages

Three new pages have been added to the Zuid-Holland section. First, a fairly expansive page about Hoeksche Waard municipality, with 17 churches. Two of these churches have a page of their own, the Reformed churches of 's-Gravendeel and Oud-Beijerland respectively.

New Utrecht pages

Three new pages were added to the Utrecht section, about the reformed churches of Langbroek, Overlangbroek (picture) and Leersum, all three village churches with medieval origins.

Various updates

A few more updates. 

New in the Utrecht section is a page about the reformed Grote Kerk in Wijk bij Duurstede. There's also a new version of the page about the reformed church of Doorn.

In the Noord-Brabant section the page about Oss municipality is expanded with seven more buildings, representing the former County of Megen, a catholic enclave since the Reformation until ca. 1800. 

In the Gelderland the page about the reformed church of Neerijnen is updated, once again, with recent pictures.

Concluding today's updates are some small changes to the pages about architects Th. Molkenboer, Th. Asseler, H.J. van Tulder and N.J.H. van Groenendael.

In het Nederlands nog even de mededeling dat de pagina over de gemeente Oss is uitgebreid met zeven gebouwen in Megen en Macharen.

Updates at last

It's been a very long time, but finally here are some updates. The first of 2023. There´s a new page in the Noord-Brabant section about Moerdijk municipality and a much updated page about St. Joseph church in Noordhoek.

Two new Gelderland pages

New in the Gelderland section are pages about Ede (the town itself and one village in the municipality) and Wageningen. 

Er zijn nieuwe pagina's over Ede (incl. Bennekom) en Wageningen.

A sign of life

Some small updates, just to show I have not abandoned this site. It's been a busy year so far and maintaining my website has not been a priority, but it will be again hopefully soon.

The page about the Heusden municipality in Noord-Brabant has been extended with three churches, while the pages about architects H.W. Valk and H.J. van Tulder have had several changes, including a more correct and complete chronology of works, with several pictures added to both.

Architect added

The long promised page about arcitect J.W. Boerbooms is here. Considering that the good man only lived to become 49 years old and arrived at the scene of religious architecture relatively late in his career, the list of his churches and chapels is short but probably complete. Surely his biography can still be expanded but for now, this is it. 

Coming with this page is one about one of Boerboom's churches, the St. Willibrordus in Vilsteren (Ov).
